**Role Overview**
This is a **dual role** where you will:
- Manage **customer service & inside sales** tasks (lead qualification, follow-ups, order support, account management).
- Work with **AI-driven tools** (chatbots, CRM automations, AI-assisted calls) to streamline Tier 1 support and ensure smooth customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage lead qualification, follow-ups, and customer account updates.
- Support order processing, payment schedules, and issue resolution.
- Train and maintain AI chatbot flows for FAQs and Tier 1 inquiries.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) to track leads & customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide weekly reports on customer interactions, sales opportunities, and AI tool performance.
**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of **customer service / inside sales / account support** experience.
- Strong written & spoken English; clear communication style.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Familiarity with **AI tools** such as chatbots (Dialogflow, ChatGPT, Intercom, Twilio AI, Freshdesk bot, etc.).
- Ability to work overlapping hours with Canadian time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first mindset.
**Nice to Have**
- Prior experience in **BPO, SaaS, or tech-enabled customer support.**:
- Exposure to **AI call assistants** and workflow automation.
- Sales-oriented mindset — ability to spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,726.25 - ₹53,197.30 per month
