Sales Representative

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients within the US market using various tools and platforms.
- **Qualification**: Qualify leads by understanding their advertising needs, budget, and timeline to ensure alignment with our offerings.
- **Pipeline Management**: Effectively manage and update prospect information in the CRM system to track progress and prioritize outreach efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to strategize and develop tailored approaches for different client segments.
- **Market Insights**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- **Goal Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the advertising industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- **Persistence**: A proactive and persistent approach to prospecting and follow-up to drive results.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- **Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the US media landscape and advertising industry trends is a plus.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
