**Job Title / Designation: ACADEMIC COUNSELOR**

**Business Development-**

**Achieve admission targets**:

- Handling fresh enquiries (making phone calls and walk-ins)
- Follow up calls to the prospective students
- Update CRM
- Follow admission process
- Submit daily activity report to immediate superior

**Plan and execute marketing activities**:

- Analysis of earlier marketing data to support fresh marketing plans
- Monitor lead generation and quality on weekly basis

**Student Relations**

**Attendance Management**:
**Student Relations and Grievances Handling**:

- Students data updation and maintenance
- Ensure to solve student queries (other than technical / functional)
- Help and support students wherever required and students grooming
- Parents interaction and coordination

**Specific Skill Set**
- Target oriented and focused
- Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills
- Well versed with all tools of MS office
- Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
- Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills

**Minimum/ Work Experience Required**:2-4 years

**Annual CTC**: Not a Constraint for the right person

**Location(s) of Job**: Ajeenkya DY Patil, University, Lohegaon,Pune

**Minimum Education Requirements**:Graduate in any stream with relevant experience

**Any other skill set**
- Enjoys working with people of all ages, from youth to parents and College staff
- Ability to execute events in a well-coordinated and planned manner
- Time management and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
