**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for middle and secondary school students.
- Develop lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
- Encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods.
- Evaluate student progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration for academic planning.
- Organize extracurricular activities, competitions, and cultural programs related to Hindi.
- Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of teaching experience as a TGT / Hindi teacher.
- Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and motivating students.
