**Job Title**: TGT Physics Teacher
**Location**: Samastipur, Bihar
**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years
**Gender Preference**: Male

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach Physics to students of assigned classes (up to 10th grade).
- Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Use innovative teaching methods to make Physics engaging and practical.
- Assess, record, and report on student progress and performance.
- Conduct lab activities, experiments, and demonstrations to enhance understanding.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage curiosity among students.
- Coordinate with parents and school administration on student development.
- Support in organizing academic competitions, science fairs, and co-curricular activities.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to use digital tools and teaching aids.
- Patience, dedication, and passion for teaching.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of teaching experience at middle/secondary level.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
