**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Executive** within the Business Development team, your primary responsibility will be to build strong customer relationships, provide expert guidance on our product offerings, and drive sales growth. You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience by delivering personalized service, responding to inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:
Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and positive experience from the first point of contact.
- **Product Consultation**:
Provide detailed and compelling descriptions of products, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Client Needs Assessment**:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions that match their specific requirements.
- **Query Resolution**:

- **Sales Assistance**:
Guide customers through the purchase process, offering expert advice and assisting in making confident buying decisions.
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:
Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Abanos Furniture diverse range of products and fostering new business relationships.
- **CRM Utilization & Follow-Ups**:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous engagement with prospects using CRM software.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work effectively within a dynamic team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting team success.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
Provide exceptional service with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- **Other Duties**:
Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management to support business growth and operational needs.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
