Key Deliverables:

- Identify customers’ needs and help them find clothing items that suit their body types.
- Create complete looks from head to toe to match customer’s style.
- Offer personalized styling tips.
- Recommend shoes and accessories that complement customers’ outfit.
- Inform customers about fashion trends.
- Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions, prices and discounts.
- Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks.
- Build connections with customers to increase the frequency of customers’ visit to the store.

What to Expect:

- Most of the time you will be on the shop floor looking for opportunities to offer styling tips to customers and maximize on store sales.
- You'll be expected to help customers with styling tips and help them build complete outfit and thus help build long term association of customers with the brand.
- You should be able to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs and offer outfit basis same.
- Work in collaboration with front end team and simultaneously train them on new styles, trends and fashion.

- Commercial awareness including a good knowledge of designers, brands and trends
- An excellent work ethic and can-do attitude.
- An exceptional eye for detail.
