- Identify and qualify potential leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information such as contact details, needs, and preferences.
- Engage in active listening and build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and address any concerns or objections they may have.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities by highlighting the benefits and value propositions of the products or services being offered.
- Maintain a follow-up system to stay in touch with leads and prospects, nurturing the relationship and providing additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, sales, and feedback, in the designated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Enter and manage data accurately and efficiently. Retrieve and analyze data as required. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Address and resolve internal and external inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Provide necessary information and assistance to resolve problems effectively.
- Stay updated with technological advancements relevant to the role. Provide technical support to colleagues as required.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being promoted to effectively address customer queries and objections.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and integrity while interacting with customers, maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach at all times.
