**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Create industry data base and classify them to different category.
- Study competitors and their USP’s in the market.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Listen to customer needs and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Accurately record customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Set up sales meetings for sales team on weekly basis geographically.
- Log CRM with outcome of the meetings and way forward.
- Follow up the marketing campaigns and generate the reports

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years proven experience in telemarketing or sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to overcome objections.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Degree or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
