As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain and improve product/service quality. You will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while continuously striving to enhance quality control measures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Establish quality control standards for raw materials, production processes, and finished products/services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
- Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas of concern and proposing corrective actions as necessary.
- **Training and Education**:

- Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality assurance protocols, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Work closely with customer service teams to address customer complaints and feedback related to product/service quality.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay informed about changes in regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to quality assurance.
- Ensure that the organization maintains compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards, FDA regulations, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
