Accounts Payable Executive

Analyzes payable ledgers and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
- Verifies payments before release reviewing invoices and vouchers. Preparation of cheques for direct payment, online payment and related banking papers.
- Ensure accuracy in Banking entries and carry Bank Reconciliation Statement preparation on daily/weekly basis including timely posting of interbank, inter unit funds transfers. Keeping record of loans, repayments and regular reconcile of the accounting with bank record.
- Support in both internal audit & external audit process
- Reconciliation of Supplier’s monthly ledger statements. Balance confirmation with all existing vendors on quarterly basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
