- Duties and Responsibilities - Managing one Bajaj finance rural branch location. - Generate business for Gold Loans and Business Loans - Source FD & search Insurance - Maintain good portfolio quality. - Local knowledge of the market
competition and industry. - Conduct periodic training handhold rural sales team to meet their monthly budgets - Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity - Consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics. Business Development: Drive the sales and business development efforts of Fixed Deposits. Competitive Assessment: - The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics. - The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to supervisors to achieve the desired business objective. The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - Multiple product management 5. - a) Qualifications - Grauduate / Post-Graduation b) Work Experience - A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in Gold Loans. - High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter & must be willing to travel extensively. - Experience in BFSI preferred, Pvt branch banking / NBFC deposit mobilization experience will be an added advantage - Must have good communication skill (English and local language a must)
