**Position: Site Supervisor Trainee**

We are looking for a motivated **Site Supervisor Trainee** with a basic background in civil engineering or site execution, with a keen interest in developing skills in finishing works.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **ITI Draughtsman or Diploma in Civil Engineering** (freshers or up to 1 year experience).
- Interest in construction and interior projects.
- Willingness to learn and assist in managing finishing works.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to understand basic drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination skills and eagerness to work with subcontractors, vendors, and site labor.
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong willingness to learn communication and reporting skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising daily site activities and ensure tasks are executed as per drawings and instructions.
- Support project managers, designers, and vendors in day-to-day coordination.
- Learn to monitor the quality and progress of finishing works.
- Help maintain site documentation and follow safety protocols.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
