We are looking for a **Site Supervisor** with a strong background in civil engineering and site execution, particularly in finishing works.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ITI Draughtsman or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction and interior projects.
- Hands-on experience in managing and coordinating **finishing works** is **essential**.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination skills to manage subcontractors, vendors, and site labor.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily site activities to ensure timely execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Monitor quality and progress of finishing works.
- Maintain site documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
