**Responsibilities**:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage inquiries from clients and guests, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Communication Skills:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with team members and external parties.
Professional Appearance:
- Present a professional image by maintaining a well-groomed appearance.
- Exhibit a keen sense of style and good dressing sense.
Multitasking:
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Customer Service:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors.
- Anticipate and address the needs of individuals entering the premises.
Adaptability:
- Adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor with a good sense of style and grooming.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
