**Description**: The T&E Program Buyer will be responsible for supporting the programs for FIS offshore in various tasks and concerns.****:
Essential responsibilities and duties of the **T&E Program Buyer** is responsible for managing interface between program, project team and suppliers for a programs with high complexity, including multiple Faurecia plant locations; various start of production dates, across a full spectrum of new products, and requiring leadership of a team of Program Buyers across multiple divisions/regions. The role of the T&E Buyer is to anticipate the specific requirements for new programs (supplier technologies, geographical location and target costs), ensure the commodity panel strategy is appropriate to support the program, select and pilot suppliers from the agreed supplier panel in order to achieve Program objectives. The T&E Program Buyer belongs to the core program team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage RFQ process with all local suppliers
- Documentation and Audit of Local suppliers (initial identification) with PPIC team
- Creation of suppliers in MDM, ARIBA etc with validation
- Define the sourcing Tactic in coordination with the Commodity buyer (RFQ, sourcing, SNC, LON)
- Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP/Ariba
- Create RFQ packages and send to the supplier’s base
- Quotes preparation and comparison with respect to program budget
- Comparison alignment with technical team based on the spec’s requirement
- Deep negotiation with suppliers to match the target price and payment terms
- Supplier nomination as per contracts and agreement
- Official Letter of nomination to suppliers after business award
- Releasing Purchasing order in coordination with requester
- Filing and archiving documents as necessary
- Maintain sourcing documents for Supplier sourcing committee (SNC)
- Manage documents related to contract requests to the commodity team
- Responsible for suppliers’ documents like payments, invoices etc,
- Lead as front runner for all projects
- Suppliers timing plan follow up with technical team
- Tracking supplier deliverables w.r.t. Program need.
- Manage specific monopoly suppliers when requested and agreed with customers.
- Ensure sourcing prices are comply with internal cost targets (Gap to benchmark and Business plan).
- Track performance during the program phase for T&E until SOP/SOW
- Communication with regional buyers/internal team to get support on sourcing perimeter of supplier in different regions
- Making sure that the purchasing policy is applied in line with Internal control principle

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- **BE/B.Tech** in Mechanical in Automotive tooling background OR from **GTTC, NTTF, CIPT** with 6 to 7 years ‘experience in automotive, tooling plastic product + Purchasing perimeter,
- Fluent English communication Mandatory
- SAP Knowledge
- Excel /Microsoft power point
- Good international mindset
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Focus on detail, a strong ability to communicate, sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization
