Field Sales Executive
CASA is a modular construction company, transforming the construction landscape and elevating the living experience. Stemming from a desire for intelligent, sustainable and superior living experience, CASA is addressing the rising urbanization demand of India’s infrastructure and housing needs by building structures upto 6 floors at a supersonic speed (within 90 days) which are 2X stronger with almost zero wastages and disturbances to the surrounding and nature. It is also designed to ensure minimum energy consumption with net zero smart buildings by adopting collaborative design, manufacturing and assembly processes under the same roof. The only technology which can be fully built in factories integrating the material innovation, software and hardware embedment to give a smarter and more personalized living experience.
Job Summary:
Field visits and lead generation from various sources like marketing agencies, DSAs, banks, and other loan providers and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Title: Field Sales Executive Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue potential leads in designated areas, focusing on gated societies and residential complexes. Utilize various channels such as door-to-door visits, community events, and referrals to generate leads for the company's products/services.
2. Gated Society Visits: Conduct visits to gated societies to engage with residents, understand their needs, and promote the company's offerings. Build rapport with residents to foster long-term relationships and establish the company as a trusted partner within the community.
3. Market Research: Gather information on marketing agencies operating in the target regions. Establish and maintain relationships with these agencies to explore collaborative opportunities and enhance the company's market presence.
4. Data Collection: Systematically collect and maintain data on plot owners within the target areas. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of potential clients, including their preferences and requirements, to facilitate personalized engagement and improve overall customer experience.
5. Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), banks, and other key stakeholders in the real estate and finance sectors. Attend networking events, seminars, and industry gatherings to expand the company's network and enhance its visibility in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with real estate and marketing industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using technology for data collection and reporting. Duration: Full time Employment opportunity with a probation period of 3 months.
