The procurement executive will be responsible for driving Supplier Relationship Management for Pan India. The person will co-ordinate with program managers, category managers and suppliers to ensure we meet Amazon compliance requirement and thus have quality suppliers doing business with Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage communication with procurement suppliers and respective category managers with regards to all Amazon Managed Audits (AMAs)
- Publish Amazon Managed Audit (AMA) reports and follow up with Suppliers and Category managers on Corrective Action Plan (CAP) closure
- Co-ordinate with global program managers to successfully implement compliance projects in India
- Co-ordinate with global program managers, category managers and suppliers to implement mechanisms to meet Amazon’s human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards and to ensure our suppliers are compliant with those
- Manage internal and external escalations related to procurement suppliers
- Reporting of all SRM programs to senior leadership
- Maintaining supplier database
