- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Customer service-oriented approach.
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer the calls, screening, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, reservations, and meetings.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office activities and events.
Handle mails, deliveries, and couriers. Keep updated records and files.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying and filing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
