**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop precise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD for various projects.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and design approvals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
- Translate conceptual designs into detailed layouts and technical documentation.
- Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain design files, ensuring proper organization and version control.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in design and rendering.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer or Rendering Specialist in architecture, interior design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and construction methodologies.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings and renderings.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or diploma in architecture, design, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
