**Designation** **:Sales Co-ordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Order Forwarding**:

- Order from sales person to production.
- Internal production follow up
- Coordination on commercial and dispatch terms.

**2) Proforma Invoice Sending (PI)**:

- Follow up for payment terms.

**3) Order followup**:

- Need to keep track of process status.

**4) Dispatch**:

- Dispatch Mails to billing executives, sales person.

**5) Stores Related**:

- a) Stock transfer in SAP.

**6) Order Booking**:

- Order booking in SAP as per indent.

**7) Handling SAP**:

- Adding new parties
- Monitoring of open orders and finding reasons for delay and rectify it.

**8) Loadcells Related**:

- Order forwarding to load cell department.

**9) Accounts Related Work**:

- Cheque deposit confirmation
- Monitoring pending COD list
- Payment confirmation

**10) Repair related**:

- Reporting to repairing team for repair related issues.

**Qualification**:
Graduate B.E, B.Tech (EE/EC) with some sales co-ordination / tele-calling experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
