**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Andheri MIDC

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 2-3 years Experience

**Salary**: 2.5 - 3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase raw materials, chemicals, and other supplies required for production.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and products.
- Place purchase orders, follow up on order status, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained according to demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any supply issues, such as delays or quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in purchasing processes.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, stock levels, and cost analysis.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain effective communication with the production, quality, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in purchasing of raw materials used for manufacturing in the **chemical industry**.
- Good understanding of chemicals, materials, and supply chain management in the chemical sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **related field**.
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, MS Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly.
- Preferred SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
