**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to address business needs and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define AI/ML project requirements and objectives.
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions on the Azure Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML models, processes, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
- Drive the strategic vision for AI innovation within GSK, identifying opportunities for leveraging AI/ML to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduate or Postgraduate from top tier institutes is a plus.
- ** 10 to 14 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects.**
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- ** Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.**
- Understanding of Data and AI Reference Architecture and Azure Well Architected Framework
- Proven ability to architect and deploy AI/ML solutions on the Azure Cloud platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior team members.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
