Gold Appraiser

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable **Gold Expert** who is passionate about precious metals, customer service, and accurate valuation. In this role, you will be the face of the brand—responsible for evaluating customers' gold and silver items, educating them on the process, and ensuring a trustworthy, smooth-selling experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the **purity, weight, and value** of gold/silver items in line with real-time market rates.
- Provide expert consultation to customers regarding gold purity, pricing, and market trends.
- Build trust by **clearly explaining the valuation process** and ensuring transparency throughout the transaction.
- Finalize purchases after price negotiation, adhering to company pricing policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions including customer identification, item details, and payment information.
- Stay updated with **daily gold and silver rates**, global market trends, and industry developments.
- Prior experience in a gold buying company, jewelry store, or pawnbroking setup.
- Certification in metal testing or gemology is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
