About the jobAs a Graphic Design & Social Media Manager, your role is to visually represent and amplify this mission. You will create captivating visuals, design creative campaigns, and manage our social media presence to inspire and engage students. Your efforts will ensure that Talent Farm stands out as a leader in student empowerment and experiential learning.

**Responsibilities**:
Design creative assets such as social media posts, promotional materials, and branding elements that align with organizational goals.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms to build and maintain an active online presence.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, highlight success stories, and create campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Stay updated on social media trends and design tools to ensure fresh, innovative content and strategies.
Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and implementing growth strategies to expand audience reach.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual and digital communication channels.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.

**Qualifications**:
Experience 2-3 Years
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools.
Strong creativity and attention to detail with an eye for design aesthetics.
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Experience in video editing or animation tools is a plus.
Passion for creating impactful content that aligns with the organization's mission and values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
