Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, posters, flyers, brochures, social media ads, and website graphics.

2. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop compelling design solutions that align with the company's branding and messaging.

3. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring that the design meets the required objectives and timelines.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of design deliverables.

5. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials and channels.

6. Conduct design research and gather inspiration to create innovative and unique design concepts.

7. Work closely with other team members to brainstorm ideas and incorporate feedback into final designs.

8. Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, optimizing them for both print and digital media.

9. Conduct regular design quality checks to maintain high standards and identify areas for improvement.

10. Assist in the creation and execution of multimedia content, including animations and motion graphics using tools like After Effects.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including logos, posters, marketing ads, and branding projects.

2. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

3. Solid understanding of design principles, including colors, typography, composition, and layout.

4. Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and effective designs.

5. Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design ideas and receive feedback.

6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

9. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and emerging technologies.

10. A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
