Psychological Counselor

Job Descriptions
- Provide virtual counselling sessions to students enrolled in our EdTech platform, addressing a range of mental health concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, academic pressure, and interpersonal relationships adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized counselling plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with educators and other support staff to identify students in need of psychological support and implement proactive interventions.
- Develop and facilitate psychoeducational workshops, webinars, and resources on topics related to mental health, self-care, and academic success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master's or doctoral degree in counseling psychology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing counseling services
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence in working with diverse student populations.
- Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in counseling practice.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
