**Responsibilities**:
**What will you contribute?**

**Responsibilities & Deliverables**:

- Assist in the design and development of learning programs
- Schedule and coordinate learning sessions, webinars, workshops
- ** Handle multiple LMSs end to end from admin perspective**:

- Manage participant enrolment and maintain accurate learning records
- Develop handouts, presentations, FAQs, guidelines, surveys, and online resources
- Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful execution of learning programs & initiatives
- Conduct post-training evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements
- Build & supports creative campaigns to promote and brand learning programs
- Maintain training databases and provide reports as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in learning administration

**Experience**:

- ** Minimum of 2 years of experience in training administration or related field**

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

**Education**
- Degree in management, human resources or equivalent experience would be advantageous
