
Activity Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Activity Planning**: Develop and implement a comprehensive activity schedule catering to the interests and preferences of guests. This includes but is not limited to sports tournaments, arts and crafts sessions, nature walks, evening entertainment, and other recreational activities.
- **Guest Engagement**: Interact with guests to understand their preferences and interests, providing personalized recommendations for activities and excursions. Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages guest participation.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various resort departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless coordination of activities. Communicate effectively with team members to delegate tasks and manage schedules.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures. Provide clear instructions and supervision during activities to minimize risks and ensure guest safety.
- **Resource Management**: Manage inventory and supplies required for activities, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times. Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition, promptly reporting any maintenance issues or concerns.
- **Promotion and Marketing**: Assist in the promotion of resort activities through various channels such as social media, posters, and in-room materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance guest engagement.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Solicit feedback from guests regarding their activity experiences and use this input to continually improve and enhance the activity program. Regularly evaluate the success of activities and identify areas for enhancement or adjustment.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to recreational activities.
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging and diverse activity programs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
