- Supervise daily activities at the construction/interior project site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and manage site labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site.
- Enforce safety measures and quality standards at all times.
- Resolve site-level issues and minor technical problems quickly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness and discipline.
- Track project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures.
- Willing to travel to multiple project sites if required.
- Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is preferred.
