Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements in line with the brand's identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in design and ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Revise and update existing designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final designs.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including illustrations, typography, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and web design principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
