**Service Advisor - Car Dealership (Automobile Industry)**

**Location**:
Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra

**Experience Required**:
1 to 6 Years (Automobile industry preferred)

**Salary**:
Up to ₹6,00,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)

**Job Type**:
Full-time | Permanent

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Open job cards and accurately record issues reported by customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and ensure timely job execution.
- Explain service jobs, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Keep customers informed about job status, additional work, and approvals.
- Conduct vehicle delivery with job explanation and feedback collection.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain service records and update CRM systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1 to 6 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (car dealership preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing, parts, and repair processes.
- Ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
- Working knowledge of service management software or DMS is an advantage.
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
