As a Sales Associate at Agniforge Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. By building strong relationships and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our offerings, you will guide customers through the sales process and ultimately achieve or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and offer personalized solutions.

**Sales Process**: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, including features, benefits, and differentiators, to effectively address customer inquiries and showcase their value.

**Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

**Market Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
