**Job Title: Telecaller - Malayalam & English Fluent**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about Regal Jewellers’ schemes, offers, and products.
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers for lead conversion and relationship management.
- Coordinate with showroom and marketing teams for campaign-based calling.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when needed.
- Maintain call records, feedback, and follow-up reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Fluent in **Malayalam and English** (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
- **Education**: Minimum PUC/Graduate in any stream.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telecalling, customer support, or jewellery/retail industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or data entry experience preferred).
