**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand requirements and develop customized proposal content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, delivery, finance, legal, etc.) to gather relevant information.
- Write, edit, and format high-quality proposals, including executive summaries, technical responses, compliance matrices, and pricing narratives.
- Maintain a proposal content repository and ensure version control for reusable assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and persuasive proposals aligned with client expectations.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Conduct post-submission debriefs and maintain a record of feedback to improve future submissions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of documented and verifiable experience in proposal writing, preferably for global markets (US/UK/APAC).
- Strong command of written English with excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with proposal development frameworks (APMP, Shipley, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is desirable.
- Ability to handle pressure, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in writing for government tenders, NGOs, or donor-funded projects.
- Basic understanding of project budgeting and cost justification.
- Ability to simplify complex technical or operational content into client-friendly language.
- Strong attention to detail, storytelling skills, and persuasive writing abilities.
