**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Manage helpdesk related queries
- Comprise yourself with recent policy changes and any updates within the organization
- Process the assigned cases within the defined SLAs
- Supporting AskHR team as a front face in handling Siemens queries on policies and procedures
- Going the extra mile to achieve first time resolution ensuring employees have an exceptional customer service

**Your success is grounded in**
- 2yrs - 4yrs of experience into ASK HR.
- Work experience on tools such as Workday and Service now tools to guide employees with their queries Have a proactive approach in resolving employee queries
- Ensure the user experience is enhanced
