**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the **primary point of contact** for authors throughout the publishing process.
- Coordinate between editorial, design, marketing, and production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage project timelines and track the progress of manuscripts at each stage.
- Assist in manuscript evaluation and initial editorial communication.
- Ensure smooth **author onboarding** and guide them through contracts, publishing policies, and schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for author promotions, book launches, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of manuscripts, revisions, and approvals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve author concerns professionally and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for books and the publishing industry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
