**Title: Internship Program**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- RSA Security Consulting seeks to employ engineering interns to augment its strong consulting team to define, design and implement Integrated Risk Management solution for enterprise customers built on its cutting-edge Archer IRM product.
- Interns will work with the consulting teams to provide assistance in the areas in various consulting phases - which could include Strategy and Roadmap definition, process assessments /definitions/alignment, gap analysis, health check analysis, deployment architecture assessment and configurations, run design workshops, implement and rewrite solutions.
- In addition, Interns participate and support initiative such as “Automation, web API based integrations, building Proof of concepts, helping the team to reduce their technical heavy-lifting.
- Interns are empowered to work together to bring ideas to life by brainstorming, debating, designing, implementing, debugging, optimizing the GRC solutions.
- Prior knowledge on Computer Networking concepts, Cyber Security concepts and concepts around governance-risk-compliance would be helpful.
- Job shadow, shadowing team members as they perform their daily duties, observing their activities and learning what the role entails via indirect experience and get a deeper understanding of what it will be like to work in industry on a day
- to
- day basis.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Master’s in Computer Science / Information Technology / Network Engineering / Electronic
Engineering / Cyber Security Engineering.

**Required Technical Exposure**:

- Good Knowledge on Data Structures, RDBMS concepts, Computer Networks & OS concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to listen, adapt and influence are

essential.
- Excellent ability to break down complex business and technology cases into modules that can be

dissected, organized, constructed and then be able to reweave such modules into enterprise level

process flows is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and present

results.
- Experience/exposure in AWS and/or any cloud technology will be added advantage.
- Exposure to programming and technical skills with C#, or Python would be very good to have.
