Position: Executive

Location: Hyderabad

**Eligibility**
- Fresher BDS or minimum 1 year working experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Assist the training manager in facilitating the below mentioned Learning and development tasks and responsibilities -**
- Identifying and mapping Training needs as per the input received
- Translate requirements into training programs for employee development
- Preparation of the training calendar and its implementation
- Training Vendor Management
- Managing the database and training reports and all the training MIS and other tools
- Develop or oversee the production/requirement of training handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs
- Coordinate and communicate with various stake holders

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent coordination skills
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Target and result oriented.
- Self-motivated and go getter.
