Birmingham Industries Pvt Ltd (Birmindus) operates across multiple industries including finance, trading, agriculture, and logistics. BirmIndus assists Newton Global Commercial Business Ltd. (NGCB), a UAE-based financial brokerage company providing competitive tools and technologically driven platforms that can capture opportunities in the global capital markets. We are expanding this support team and searching for a **Sales Executive - Foreign Exchange and CFD Brokerage**with excellent communication and a strategic mindset who can fit into our quality-focused and growing organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute **strategies**to acquire new clients for **Forex, CFDs**, and other financial instruments offered by the brokerage.
- Independently **source leads**and maintain a network of traders capable of establishing and growing business relationships across **Southeast Asia.**:

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed **monthly sales targets**, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to create a seamless **client onboarding** experience.
- Provide clients with market insights, relevant news, and educational resources to enhance their trading experience.
- Conduct regular **follow-ups with clients** to address queries, provide support, and inform them of new products and promotions.
- **Maintain accurate records** of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets using the company’s CRM system.
- Stay **updated on market trends**, competitors, and regulatory changes in the financial industry to provide clients with relevant information

**Requirements**:

- A **Bachelor’s degree** in **Business, Finance, Marketing**, or a closely related field.
- **3 to 5 years** of proven experience in sales, preferably within the **financial services** or **Forex** sectors.
- **Fluency in both English and Hindi** is a must.
- A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of **Forex**, **CFDs**, and other **financial instruments**.
- Exceptional **communication and interpersonal abilities,** with a talent for building **strong client relationships** and earning trust.
- Strong **negotiation and persuasion capabilities**, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- The ability to **explain complex financial products** and concepts in a clear and simplified manner.
- A goal-driven attitude with a **strategic approach**to meeting and exceeding **sales objectives**.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Excellent **organizational and time management skills,** capable of efficiently managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Full time with flexible work hours.
- The role is onsite, in our office based in Chennai, India.
- Compensation is based on expertise and relevant experience.
