**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Management**:

- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between parents, staff, and the school administration.
- Communicate important notices, schedules, and updates to relevant parties.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of visitors and appointments.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining student and staff records.
- Support the administration team with clerical tasks as needed.
- **Event and Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate appointments for parent-teacher meetings, school tours, and other events.
- Keep track of schedules for key school events and activities.
- **Student and Parent Assistance**:

- Respond to queries regarding admissions, school policies, and procedures.
- Address concerns or direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Assist students with basic needs, such as signing in/out or locating classrooms.
- **Crisis and Emergency Handling**:

- Handle emergency situations calmly and promptly by following school protocols.
- Communicate urgent matters to school authorities or security teams.

**Job Description: Front Desk Executive (School)**

**Position Overview**:
A Front Desk Executive in a school serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing reception operations, providing information, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school’s front office.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Multitasking and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role (preferred).
- Familiarity with school operations or educational institutions is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
