**Role Overview**: As an Ad Expert, you will design, implement, and manage advertising strategies to boost our brand’s visibility and achieve our marketing goals. You’ll work with various advertising platforms to reach our target audience and optimize campaign performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop and execute advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram).
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and audience insights to create targeted ads.
- **Ad Creation**: Design compelling ad copy and visuals that engage and convert potential customers.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and ROI.
- **Optimization**: Adjust and optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.
- **Budget Management**: Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize impact while staying within financial limits.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall company goals.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing ad campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
