**Job description**

**Data Entry **cum **Tele caller**(**Female**)
- **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their queries and providing information about the offered products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including contact details, preferences, and feedback.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features persuasively.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
- **Persistence**: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and continue making calls to achieve sales targets.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills for data entry, using CRM tools, and navigating relevant software.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Adherence to ethical telemarketing practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage time to achieve daily calling targets and follow-up activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
