
Client Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and share project updates, reports, and documentation with clients.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and understanding their requirements.
- Maintain client records and ensure all communication is tracked and documented.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
- Stay updated on basic digital marketing trends to better assist clients and collaborate with the marketing team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,130.32 - ₹41,918.17 per month
