Ensens Perfumery is a family-owned and operated business that provides DIY perfume experiences with sustainably developed ingredients. We have also expanded into our own collection of signature fragrances and aim to build an e-commerce brand. The telecaller will be part of the B2B business. They are expected to communicate with new leads and close them rapidly. Here are the roles they will take up:
**1. Data Sourcing and Management**
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like IndiaMart, Google, LinkedIn and offline networks of the purchaser or person with authority to make purchase, in The Homecare, Incense Sticks, Candles, Personal Care and Fine Fragrance Industry.
- Maintaining the database of all the leads on the internal templates of the organisation.

**2.** **Sales Calls**
- Prepare for sales calls via research about the industry, refer the Sales Pitch, and ask the questions given in them.
- Have effective sales calls in order to:
Understand client's requirement better.

Generate requirements from clients.

Position Ensens Perfumery as the best choice for client.

**3. Sales Proposals**
- Coordinate With Operations Team, Generate the Proforma Invoice, based on Client Requirements

**4. Client Coordination**
- Be the interface between client and operations team, from enquiry till completion of order.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
