**Project In-charge: Roles & Responsibilities**

**Position Title**: Project In-charge

**Location**: Pratapgarh, UP

**Objective**:
To oversee and manage the execution of water, irrigation, and pipeline projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Management**:

- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 7 to 10 years of dedicated experience in relevant field.
- **Team Leadership & Coordination**:

- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- **Technical Oversight**:

- Oversee the technical aspects of project execution, including design, construction, and quality control.
- Ensure that all technical specifications and standards are met.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:

- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and project success.
- Track and report on project expenditures and financial performance.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify quality and compliance.
- Address and rectify any quality issues promptly.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and progress.
- Address stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing water, irrigation, or pipeline projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per year
