Job Title:Store Executive

Location:Bharuch

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement effective inventory control measures.

2. Procurement
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor deals.
- Place purchase orders based on production requirements

3. Storage and Organization
- Ensure proper storage of materials.
- Implement efficient organization systems.
- Monitor cleanliness and orderliness in storage areas.

4. Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive records of materials.
- Generate regular inventory reports
- Ensure documentation compliance with standards.

5. Coordination with Production Team:

- Collaborate with the production team.
- Facilitate seamless communication
- Anticipate and address potential shortages.

6. Quality Control:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials.
- Report and address quality issues promptly.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in Store Executive role in printing and packaging.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
