We have an urgent opening, The details are as follows.

Position : Executive - Stores [ Manufacturing Company ].

Experience : 3 to 6 Yrs in Engineering & RM Stores.

Work Location : Jhagadia Industrial Area, Near Bharuch.

**Job Purpose**:
The job role of an engineering stores officer cum in charge is to be responsible for smooth functioning of stores with respect to Unloading, Receipt, Storage and Issue along with inventory control, proper identification of materials, maintaining the 5S system and adherence to WCM standard.
- Verification of invoice with purchase order and making GRN after quality clearance.
- Check the material on receipt and report in case of shortages, damage or any discrepancy.
- Issuing material based on issue slip and updating in movement in SAP system.
- Physical stock taking and reconciling with book stock and reporting.
- Sending reports of daily receipt.
- Prepare and Send weekly GRN report.
- Co-ordination with purchase and vendor for reject material.
- Prepare and Send weekly paper receipt and stock report
- Physical verification of raw materials by 1st of every month, reconciliation with book stock and reporting.
- Co-ordination with scrap vendor and deposing the scrap at regular intervals and maintaining the scrap yard.
- Filing solvent consumption report by 7th of every month
