We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Job Profile:
- Experience in Implementation of Replication and Sharding Setup.-
- Experience in MongoDB Upgrades from old to latest version (as per the requirement).-
- Handled databases in which size are ranging from 500MB to 5TB.-
- Monitoring the Instance Performance and statistics using OPS Manager.-
- Hands on experience in Capacity Planning and Performance tuning recommendations.-
- Continues backup, resync through OPS Manager and intial sync.-
- High availability solutions and recommendations (Replication, Sharding and Sharding with Replication) Requirements- Good Knowledge on MongoDB Architecture-
- Good Experience in Maintenance of Databases, Performance tuning, backup and recovery and Optimization.-
- Involved in all major Database Administration activities like Installation and configuration, user manage, database refresh etc.-
- Database Profiling, Locks, Memory Usage, No of connections, page fault etc.-
- MongoDB Utilities like mongoexport, mongoimport, mongodump and mongorestore.-
- Monitoring ops manager backup’s (if required restarting backup manually).-
- Expert in handling single field, compound and TTL indexes.-
- Disk usage, CPU, Memory check, Alerting, Log rotation/ maintenance (using ops manager)-
- Database software Installation and Configuration in accordance with Client defined standards, DB Version Upgrades and Patching.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
