**Job description**

**Job Summary**
- **Education**: Graduate with good academic records.
- **Experience**: Fresher or anyone with relevant work experience.

**Language**: Must necessarily know to read, and Speak **good quality** **Hindi and Marathi**. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Speak and chat with Hindi & Marathi medium school teachers on matters related to the implementation of the English Literacy Program
- Understand the requirement of teachers and suggest required process
- Constant interaction with teachers over Calls/WhatsApp.
- Create and update activity reports
- Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner
- Take relevant notes on all queries for future use and enter into a database
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm

Any and all other work necessary to ensure that our teacher support system is being executed as per the set processes
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Good communication skills - Oral necessary while Written is an important advantage.
- Energetic
- Outcome oriented.
- Comfortable with coordination activities (may be required to coordinate with multiple people within & outside the organization)
- Comfortable working in unstructured environments (typical of a start-up)

- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (flexible work time)
- Sunday Off

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
